Your schedule is booked out for months! How can i get an appointment?

My schedule is open 60 days out from the current date. Please plan ahead to ensure you get the appointment you want.

The appointment I want is booked. can you let me know of any cancellations?

The best way to catch an open availability is to add yourself to my waitlist here. Vagaro will notify you directly, letting you know of any openings. You will need to add yourself to all days you want to be notified about.

What is your cancellation policy?

My cancellation policy requires all guests to provide a deposit (50% of total cost of services). Deposits can be made through Vagaro or cash in person. Deposits are fully refundable with more than 24hr notice. If your appointment is cancelled with less than 24hr notice, you forfeit your deposit. No call/no show guests will be charged 100% of the service price. If I am unable to charge the card on file, guest must pay the fee prior to booking another service.

i’m running late for my appointment- what should i do?

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please call to determine if I will still be able to service you for that day. If I am unable to provide a service, your deposit will not be refundable and you’ll need to reschedule.

Do i need to come with my hair washed?

Healthy hair starts in the wash bowl - a wash is included with every service.

Do you offer squeeze in appointments?

I currently have a very limited schedule due to continuing my education in the world of beauty. Appointments that are outside my normal availability Thursday-Saturday 10am-5pm are subject to a 20% price increase on services. Please send an email to request an appointment outside of these times. Please note: I only work Thursday- Saturday.
